Assist organizations with resetting their talent strategies and delivering business results through their employees. Work in all aspects of human capital, including creating value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations. Help organizations deliver sustainable change by getting people to accept, adopt, and drive change. Manage and streamline international assignment programs in a cost-efficient manner. Develop and communicate plans that enables our clients’ employees to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behavior by focusing on critical things that drive successful results. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Coach and supervise teams.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $196,000/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years are post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:•Selling, structuring and planning complex human capital change management programs;•Analyzing and assessing organizational change readiness, leadership alignment and organizational impact, vision and strategy, organizational design, training strategies, and cultural transformation plans;•Defining scope, objectives and deliverables of human capital change management projects, including negotiation of engagement terms; and•Developing sustainable change management frameworks, plans, and program structure to facilitate acceptance, adoption, and drive organizational change.80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
