The Enterprise Platforms Loyalty and Benefits organization is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the transformation of the existing Loyalty platforms that fulfill many of our global Card Member capabilities. These platforms support the Business growth and compliance needs with stability and high transaction volume. The transformation will drive efficiency and improvements in agility, cost, innovation and speed to market.

As a Senior Product Manager within the Loyalty and Benefits organization, you will work side by side with engineering teams to prioritize the backlog, develop user stories and collaborate to deliver on loyalty initiatives.

You will consult with key business partners and stakeholders to articulate outcomes and expectations, tie initiatives to key metrics, and drive consensus around Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definitions. You will work with execution teams to ensure delivery of consistently high-quality, timely feature launches.

You will also be responsible for weighing initiatives against opportunity costs, feasibility, and product roadmaps. A key part of this role will be to build and foster a culture of agility and product ownership in close partnership with technology and business teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and other product colleagues to create an outcome-oriented product strategy

  • Build strong relationships with various market teams and P&L (Profit & Loss) owners to understand their needs and challenges

  • Develop a robust understanding of the loyalty and benefit domain as well as the competitive landscape

  • Embrace data and insights to build compelling stories and persuade/influence other teams and your leadership to gain buy in to the strategy & roadmap

  • Move products from new ideas to proof of concept and on to full featured scalable technology enabled solutions

  • Manage a roadmap/backlog that brings others with you – evangelizing the targeted outcomes and ideas to deliver upon those outcomes

  • Build and actively manage a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business teams.

  • Manage work allocation of scrum teams by translating features into prioritized user stories and also by tight coordination with other Product Owners

  • Full participation in and support of agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce the agile transformation of the delivery team

  • Coaching and developing the skills of more junior product managers and owners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in software product management throughout the product lifecycle; from discovery to optimization, product delivery and maintaining product health

  • Proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap

  • Excellent collaborator and experienced working in teams and influencing others without authority, leveraging insights and data to earn the trust and confidence across a wide range of partners throughout the organization

  • Great storyteller, able to confidently communicate a product vision, strategy and roadmap

  • Enjoy tackling a problem and apply creative solutions

  • Understand how technology can improve people's lives and want to be a part of making people’s lives better with great products

  • Strong experimental and curious mindset and able to fall in love with a problem without attaching yourself to the solution

  • Experience in driving solutions to engage and retain customers

  • Knowledge of Loyalty Programs and associated products is desirable

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
