The Opportunity

We are seeking a Learning Architect to join the Adobe Experience Cloud Training team known as Adobe Digital Learning Services (ADLS). You are passionate about making customers successful with enterprise software and guide them on their journey throughout the deployment and operational lifecycle. You will advise Adobe customers to build effective enablement programs for their implementation and use of our products. You will conduct learning needs analysis with our largest and most strategic customers to build prescriptive learning enablement programs unique to their needs. You will be an integral member of a customer consulting project team owning the enablement strategy on client consulting engagements. You will be responsible for billing hours on customer projects and ensuring the customer's enablement success and value realization.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales teams in assisting with the scoping and quoting of training opportunities aligned to the customer's business goals and organizational needs. with a view of their complete solution footprint and training and phases of their learning journey.
  • Lead Enterprise training programs directly with clients to ensure full value of training investment. Provide standard learning methodologies to ensure training programs reach their potential and customer satisfaction and prepare them for subscription renewals or next phase recommendations.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses with customers to build a prescriptive training strategy for their implementation and use case success.
  • Be the learning expert on billable consulting client engagements responsible for crafting successful training plans using multiple tools including; ADLS formal training, OnDemand training, consulting, deskside coaching, Ultimate Success programs and Experience League content to build a full enablement program for our customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the consulting engagement project team.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key client collaborators to ensure client satisfaction. Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback to curriculum and delivery teams on roadmap requests and services improvements. This includes but is not limited to quarterly business reviews and client visits.
  • Ensure that customers are successful with their prescribed enablement program and are realizing business value with Adobe's products with the delivery of customer centric enablement programs.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, education or an IT related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of customer-facing learning or business consulting experience. Instructional design background.
  • Account management experience and relevant experience in Learning/Education sales or sales in the technology industry are a plus.
  • Customer service mind-set. Ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
  • Working in a team environment collaborating closely with other client account members.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and requests in parallel.
  • Comfortable and confident presenter, owning customer calls & in-person meetings and internal project team meetings.
  • Ability to understand customer's objectives, digital maturity, and business metrics, and is able to map ADLS solutions to those objectives.
  • Occasional business travel to visit customers may be required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $94,300 -- $174,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
