What Youll Do:

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise for Enterprise Applications and solutions with a focus on the Service Now Platform (ITSM and ITOM) and related technologies and services.
  • Provide leadership and vision for the implementation and management of PaaS and SaaS solutions to support various departments and functions across the organization.
  • Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures.
  • Maintain the Enterprise Services strategic roadmap based on business needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deploy Enterprise applications and enhancements.
  • Perform continuous mentorship and development of junior staff members. Provide a point of escalation for support. Participate in the development of the team including recruitment and growth opportunities.
  • Create and implement technical support processes, metrics, SLAs, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Technical Vendors, 3rd Party Business Partners and Service Providers. Ensure service providers perform contractual SLAs and service obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate Governance, Security-Risk and audit policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Attend required meetings and trainings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes:

  • 5+ years providing enterprise technical and application support for the Service Now Platform
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • 2+ Years Agile project management experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in project leadership
  • Strong experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and associated processes
  • Successful project execution and team building through transformative periods
  • Extensive experience with SaaS and PaaS-based solutions and cloud architectures.
  • Strong track record of success in testing, QA, and project delivery
  • Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, vendor management and enterprise application support.

Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $110,000.00 to $137,500.00.
