The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with business leaders, handling talent acquisition, serving as a trusted employee relations advisor and implementing performance management processes. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience fostering a culture of belonging, ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and policies and detailed experience operating within and HRIS. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the financial services sector. Deep understanding of HR practices, labor laws and regulatory requirements in financial services. Extremely analytical and strategic abilities. The salary range for this position is $175k-$215k. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
