If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive financial planning and analysis, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities Lead the optimization of OneStream's end-to-end architectural design for seamless data integration and optimal performance. Manage OneStream projects from conception to completion, adhering to best practices in project lifecycle methodology. Develop and maintain effective metadata governance processes within OneStream, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Design and implement OneStream functions and enhancements to improve user experience and facilitate change management for higher user adoption. Prepare comprehensive design and training documentation to enhance team capabilities and support project testing and production releases. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, technology-driven solutions for financial planning and reporting. Create custom business rules, advanced cube views, dashboards, and reporting packages to address complex financial modeling challenges. Troubleshoot implementation issues, provide ongoing technical maintenance, and support stakeholder operations. Stay informed about and leverage the latest developments in OneStream technology, such as Machine Learning and GenAI. Possess effective communication skills to translate technical concepts in layman's terms and tailor the right level of details depending on audiencesScope/Supervision: Raise concerns to the appropriate level of management and keeps management informed of activities. Present management with recommendations for resolving key complex issues Keep an operational efficiency mindset when developing and enhancing financial data modelsQualifications: Bachelor's or graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Possess OneStream Certified Professional - Lead Architect or Associate in Administration. 4+ years of experience in data modeling, financial analysis, and system operations. Minimum 3 full Planning lifecycle implementations with OneStream, demonstrating a deep understanding of its EPM architectural platform, security model, calculation functions, and business rules. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing IT projects; familiarity with EPM Cloud tools is a plus. Technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, AWS architecture and services, Excel, JIRA, and ServiceNow. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in easily understandable terms. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Capable to communicate the importance of both technical proficiency in OneStream and related technologies, and the ability to collaborate, lead, and innovate within a financial modeling context.Key Competencies: Well-developed problem-solving and analytic capabilities, strong organizational, management, and communication skills Possess the ability to work and lead discussions with other teams across the organization and be sensitive to their needs and obligations Possess positive attitude under pressure to meet tight deadlines by working independently and as a member of a teamFor US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $110,900- $160,850, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
