The Senior Delivery Executive (DE) provides effective project/program oversight for one or more Value or Strategic accounts and is a significant contributor to the overall success of the customer relationship. In this billable role, theSenior DE works closely with the external customer, the internal customer and other internal/external partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions. TheSenior DE ensures that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary SAP Delivery point person aligned to customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post-go live. In addition to delivery support, the Senior DE is responsible for positioning additional SAP Services in support of customer success. The Senior DE will be required to provide oversight for Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, and project team members.

Expectations & Tasks:

  • Assist the SAP sales team in closing software and/or services deals by providing oversight for implementation planning, estimations, and coordination across SAP and Partner organizations.

  • Build credibility/trust with Strategic & Value Account customers

  • Manage the overall services relationship between customer, SAP, and/or partner to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-quality delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities, create long-term value plans with customers to achieve their business objectives, and expand SAP services on the account.

  • Analyze and execute strategic projects, build consensus among stakeholders, ensure alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy, and communicate project goals at a strategic level

  • Provide guidance to the SAP project team including resource strategy, issues and escalation management, and project execution.

  • Align with the Services Account Executive (SAE) when new Service Sales opportunities are identified to expand business and continually inform Management of opportunity status and revenue KPIs for their Value or Strategic Account(s)

  • Provide talent and workforce management by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 15 Years of program management experiencein 4 SAP Software project lifecycles

  • Experienced in delivering software within Enterprise Environments (Fortune 100 or larger)

  • Possesses superior project financials business acumen (forecasting, allocated revenue, etc.)

  • Must be PMP Certified

  • Bachelor's degree is required, Masters degree preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • 15 - 20years ofSAP services sales and delivery experience including services management experience. Major Systems Integrator experience preferred.

  • ERP implementation leadership experience.

  • Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level.

  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations.

  • Demonstrated leadership by example style in managing teams and clients.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $240,900 - $409,600 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
