JPMorgan Chase Senior Associate, Brand Marketing - Chase Travel in New York, New York

This role sits within the Chase Travel Group organization of Connected Commerce. If you are a digitally native strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and a proven track record of managing cross-channel marketing campaigns and driving results, this role might be for you! As a Senior Associate, Brand Marketing in Chase Travel, you will work hand in hand with marketing and cross-functional teams (Performance Marketing, Product & Design, Research & Insights, and Data & Analytics ) to execute brand strategy, enhance our presence, ensure consistency across channels, and build a framework that establishes Chase Travel as a differentiated, high-value travel platform among Chase card members. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Chase Travel's image and reputation across platforms - ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity in marketing materials and communication. You will collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and effective marketing content, using insights and experience to inform their decision making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and review marketing collateral and materials (digital content, print, email, campaigns, promotional assets) to ensure that all content adheres to the brand's guidelines and legal / regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Product, Design, Suppliers and Partnerships, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Data & Analytics, Research & Insights, agency partners and others to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with Chase Travel's overall goals.

  • Support the execution of Chase Travel's social media strategy and coordinate efforts alongside editorial and design teams. Create and manage content calendar and oversee the trafficking of content to ensure timely delivery and compliance with legal requirements, brand guidelines and controls.

  • Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

  • Oversee the organization and storage of marketing assets for easy access, maintaining version control systems to track changes, and maintain documentation of usage guidelines and licensing agreements to ensure compliance.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives across multiple channels to optimize future efforts.

  • Develop presentations and regularly report on marketing performance, provide recommendations, and communicate strategies to key stakeholders in the organization.

  • Manage relationships and budget with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

  • Participate in market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and brand management

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, gaining alignment and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media channels and best practices.

  • Experience with lifestyle consumer brands in the travel, entertainment, fashion, or advertising industry.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and craft compelling brand messages that resonate with our target audience(s) and help improve overall quality and effectiveness.
