Accountants and Senior Accountants! Our client, a leader in Wine and Spirits, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team in NYC. If you experience in Food and Bevarge or Wine and Spirits along with supervisory or management experience and are looking to join a company that is cemented in their industry, this could be a good career move. In this role you will be reporting to the CFO and Controller as well - lot's of critical exposure. Apply ASAP as they are looking to fill this role in the next 3 weeks!

salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• T&E final approval and reimbursement report (bi-weekly)

• Uploading expenses and ing rules in QuickBooks - weekly

• Process non-vendor invoices - weekly

• Prepare payments - weekly

• Reconciliation of field sales chargebacks (Park Street & QuickBooks systems) - monthly

• Reconciliation of A&P and SG&A expenses (Park Street & QuickBooks systems) - monthly

• Managing budget tracker

• H! Audit

• Sending out corporate bank statements

• Monthly closing with Park Street

• Create Monthly Management Report to Italy (parent company)

• Create Monthly P&L (new vs old view) for Italy
