Amazon Sales Operations Manager, Hub Delivery Program in New York, New York

Description

The Sales Operations role manages the end-to-end partner pipeline and identifies ways to optimize partner success throughout the lifecycle. They work with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are prioritized for launch based on pre-determined KPIs and ways to remove obstacles while maintaining focus on improving partner experience. They build scalable ways to signal to acquisition for which regions to recruit in order to meet both acquisition and cost targets. They own seasonal partner flex up strategy and execution for high volume events. Post-launch, they work with account management by ingesting partner experience data, ensuring action plan pull-through across the field, managing action plans.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive optimizations in pipeline management across the Hub Delivery partner lifecycle by working with internal business development management, onboarding and account management teams; as well as cross-functional teams in marketing and finance.

  • Identify and nurture strategies to grow the Hub Delivery program. Test new ideas, and scale the successful ones. Own the end to end execution.

  • Create & articulate value propositions around Hub Delivery’s offerings for candidates and field teams to attract and retain qualified Hub partners.

  • Use data to identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize candidate speed through the funnel, develop processes and mechanisms that drive efficiency and scale.

  • Build pipeline management functionality in Salesforce to optimize reporting and field team.

  • Be the business development and account management voice in roadmap and product development discussions. Drive cross-functional collaboration for the iterations in product design and feature enhancements that fuel business growth.

  • Partner with various internal teams to increase cross-team collaboration and alignment, drive continuous improvement in Hub Partner selection availability and experience.

  • Work with marketing team to build and maintain a library of approved field talk tracks and marketing materials as new initiatives are launched.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience

  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

  • Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline

  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units

  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
