Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Sales Development role.$ 39.01-43.35/hr Hybrid
Help source, qualify and pitch businesses
Source leads through cold calling, Google, Linkedin and other online tools i.e. Groove, Seamless AI, ZoomInfo, etc.
Handle the front end of the relationship via email and phone and pass them off to the Enterprise team to close
Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests and explain the value proposition
What You'll Need:
Sales, account management, business development or customer service experience is required
Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization
Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
Experience making 50 cold calls and emails daily with quarterly targets for meetings set
Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customers' needs.

Mandatory requirements:
Sales experience, sales development rep experience. 1-2 years of experience.

Pay Details: $39.01 to $43.35 per hour
