Adecco US, Inc. Sales Development Representative in New York, New York

Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Sales Development role.$ 39.01-43.35/hr Hybrid

  • Help source, qualify and pitch businesses

  • Source leads through cold calling, Google, Linkedin and other online tools i.e. Groove, Seamless AI, ZoomInfo, etc.

  • Handle the front end of the relationship via email and phone and pass them off to the Enterprise team to close

  • Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests and explain the value proposition

What You'll Need:

  • Sales, account management, business development or customer service experience is required

  • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization

  • Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills

  • Experience making 50 cold calls and emails daily with quarterly targets for meetings set

  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customers' needs.

  • Startup hustle and persistence

Mandatory requirements:

Sales experience, sales development rep experience. 1-2 years of experience.

BachelorĀ“s degree

Pay Details: $39.01 to $43.35 per hour
