Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm ET or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm ET
Pay: $39/hr. + quarterly discretionary bonus (15% of quarterly salary)
Type: W2, benefits included (medical, dental, vision, 401k), hourly

The Job:

Hunter Hamilton has an exciting opportunity with one of our Austin/Stamford HQ'd Tech clients! They are looking for a Business Development Executives to support their Franchise business development team, in maintaining the existing client relationships and revenue of established books of business. You'll need to have keen sales skills - understanding and identifying pain points, showcasing data backed trends, creating urgency, and relationship building.

You will be supporting a range of 200 - 300 active accounts for their workforce development/staffing needs. These accounts are focused within franchised industries - mostly to do with quick service restaurants. In order to maintain relationships, outreach volume ranges from 30 - 40 calls per day, with the expectations of setting 10+ meetings per week.

You will be an agile resource which will be responsible for supporting a Sales Director with maintaining client relationships and revenue across teams and / or markets. In your role you may be required to move from team to team within Sales, based on business needs. Your commercial focus, tenacity and agility will enable you to ultimately help more organizations find and hire great people.

Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow existing account relationships and close sales efficiently
* Evaluate and assess trends to present monthly analytics reports to your clients
* Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and via webinar
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through phone, email, social media and professional networking

Who You Are:
* 3+ years of experience in a sales environment - whether in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales Development: must be comfortable closing deals and have experience within this
* Comfortable making calls to decision makers and building/maintaining relationships
* You're not easily intimidated by new relationships
* Exceptional written and verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and delivering engaging presentations
* You have a data focused and self-driven
* The aptitude to learn and apply new concepts
* Must have: Salesforce experience or related CRM experience


The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
