This station provides unparalleled satellite data from NOAA, NASA, European, and Asian LEO satellites. This data is crucial for numerous research projects related to climate change, environmental monitoring, disaster management, and sustainable development.
The Satellite Receiving Station supports high-resolution applications, such as air quality and heat forecasts at a SOD-meter resolution, which are unique to CCNY.
