Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and oversee delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and working with regional business development representatives.
Achieve sales target of $1M - $1.5M USD.
Stay abreast of industry trends in the life sciences sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for clients.
Mentor junior team members and share industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working for a life sciences organization or as a consultant to life sciences clients
Deep understanding of the life sciences industry
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences
Proven track record in sales within the life sciences sector
Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related) preferred
10-15 years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting or industry roles
