Robert Half Proposal Coordinator in New York, New York

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Proposal Coordinator located in NEW YORK, New York. This role involves assisting in the preparation of documentation for proposals, creating and editing promotional materials, and maintaining marketing information. The job function also includes assisting in-house technical and executive staff with various tasks and other administrative duties related to marketing and proposal preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of documentation required for proposals, RFPs, RFQs, etc.

• Create and edit promotional materials as needed.

• Update and maintain marketing information in databases.

• Assist with various presentations assigned to in-house technical and executive staff.

• Maintain, edit, and update professional resumes for engineers for project proposal submissions.

• Perform administrative duties related to marketing and proposal preparation, such as copying, printing, collating documents, etc.

• Utilize communication skills to effectively manage customer inquiries.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Utilize CRM and other data mining techniques to maintain accurate customer records.

• Assist with business development activities as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in using 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Cisco Webex Meetings

• Familiarity with CRM and Data Mining Techniques

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Knowledge of Budget Processes and Business Development

• Strong Communication skills

• Understanding of Compliance requirements

• Proficient in using Deltek software

• Ability to coordinate and manage proposal submissions

• Experience in coordinating with various departments to gather proposal information

• Ability to review and edit proposals for completeness and accuracy

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
