Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience with risk management or compliance in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, public sector, healthcare).

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

• Experience supporting regulatory compliance initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

• Experience building or implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools.

• Experience engaging with regulators to shape technical regulatory requirements impacting the compliance of Google Cloud Products and Services.

• Experience with product compliance.

• Ability to get along with team members at all levels and be a catalyst to achieve their goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Cultivate trusted technical and business partnerships across Cloud product teams and stakeholders to identify, assess, and resolve recurring compliance challenges.

• Partner with Cloud CISO teams on controls across their life-cycle to fulfill regulatory requirements.

• Engage with engineering and product leads to simplify how compliance requirements are incorporated into cloud products and services.

• Manage multiple concurrent interactions with geographically disparate teams.

• Disambiguate regulatory requirements and act as a bridge to the Product and Engineering teams.
