Salesforce Inc. seeks Principal Client SE in New York, NY:Job Duties: Leading customer opportunities with MuleSoft Integration products. Leading Customer research. Leading Customer discovery meetings on their existing technology stack and processes. Building personalized demonstrations of MuleSoft products (Integration, API Management, Automation). Overseeing build parts delivered by support team members. Creating slides to ensure the demonstration and overall presentation is presented in a smooth manner. Doing demo dry runs with extended sales team. Delivering demonstration to customers. Delivering Industry specific POVs as I am certified in Retail, HLS and Einstein Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. Leading customer opportunities with Automation solutions. Leading customer discovery specifically on automation use cases. Creating a personalized demonstration based on the use case. Delivering the demonstration to customers. Responding to RFP documents. Sizing the Platform for customers. Creating sizing for customer in order to give him a financial offer. Reviewing overall financial offer with sales team. Presenting final sizing. Supporting Account onboarding to ensure customers are happy with the solution and will renew. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Management, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Customer Marketing; (2) Salesforce CRM Technology; (3) API Integration & Security; (4) Developer Administration UX (5) Corporate Strategy & Cloud Applications; (6) Customer Experience (7) Developer Administration UX (8) Technical & Business Proficiency (9) Global Business Operations & Supply Chain Experience. (10) Automation Platform Expertise (11) RPA technologies and AI Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
