Job Description

Responsible for in-store sales and training within designated territory, and can effectively execute in-store events.

Lead cluster trainings, develop store management relationships, and empower in-store sales teams and effectively drive sales through side by side selling in stores within the territory.

Ensure instore visuals and merchandising standards are met and timely.

Job Qualifications

Required -

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally with a prestige/luxury skincare brand

  • Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to review sales reporting

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, follow detailed processes efficiently and improve them, and be flexible to business need changes while maintaining a high level of organization

  • Willing to travel up to 60%+ based on promotional activities and territory alignment

    Prior experience with -

  • Luxury/prestige skincare sales, p rimarily within Department stores (currently Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Nieman Marcus) and potentially some Sephora stores

  • Educating instore retailer teams (Department Stores preferred) in a busy and dynamic retail environment

  • Building relationships with Sephora/Department store management

  • Event planning and execution within a retail environment

    Open to candidates in New York; no relocation benefit provided.

In addition to base pay ($71,000 - 74,000), this role is eligible for additional short term compensation / incentives.

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
