Main Focus

  • Act as liaison with supplier to obtain accurate new item information and brand label materials.

  • Submit NYS Brand Label Registration and ensure NYS compliance of all items within our product portfolio.

  • Create new items and update product information fields in eoStar.

  • Announce new items and item updates with Interoffice Memos.

  • Manage territory, channel and chain-based product restrictions to ensure MBD is only selling to authorized accounts.

  • Work with Director of Portfolio Management to run SKU Rationalization Reports to identify items for discontinuation.

  • Oversee and perform audits on the export of sales/inventory data.

  • Update item based surveys in eoStar.

  • Assist with any requests/projects received from Senior Sales Leadership/Director of Portfolio.

Position Requirements:

  • 2 years of administrative or retail experience. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.

  • Experience in inventory.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MicroSoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail is a must.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Hourly Salary-$28.00-$30.00

It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
