Citigroup Partner Management Lead Officer in New York, New York

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Partner Management Lead Officer for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Undertake competitive analysis to study the impact of macroeconomic factors such as unemployment, savings rate, payments rates, etc., on risk models and the long-term growth of the Payments and Lending Industry. Assist in the development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product. Review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers. Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies. Help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results. Develop financial models for the business, forecasting revenue and returns, using mathematical and statistical tools. Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients. Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmaps, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions. Contribute to the achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals. Oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans. Implement team procedures and client problem resolutions, and provide informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in International Affairs, Economics or related field, and 4 years of experience as a Management Consultant, Analytics Manager, or related position involving conducting financial analysis and modeling, and statistical data analysis. 4 years of experience must include: Conducting quantitative forecasting reviews; Profit & Loss Management, including reviewing monthly product/portfolio financial performance; Building quantitative data sets using statistical tools such frequency distributions, probabilities, sampling, estimation, tests of hypotheses, regression and correlation; and Evaluating product constructs and introducing new short-term offers or product enhancements to respond to changing consumer sentiment and competitive landscapes. 2 years of experience must include: Analyzing and reviewing financial plan drivers and tracking actuals against plans/forecasts; and Developing marketing strategies.
