This is not your typical admin role! In this position, you are not just an assistant, but also a key player in important projects and strategic initiatives. If you are looking to learn the ins and outs of supply chain and distribution, this role is the perfect stepping stone. You’ll also get the opportunity to work with our operating systems, honing your technical and analytic skills.

Your Main Focus Will Be:

  • Administrative support to the operations team as required, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining databases and creating presentations. Other tasks as required.

  • Assisting in optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning, inventory).

  • Helping to develop best practice around warehousing and distribution (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery, scheduling).

  • Work with stakeholders to reduce costs, create efficiencies and implement quality control.

  • Collaborate with all areas of the organization to implement effective systems.

  • Track KPIs and report on organizational performance.

Position Requirements:

+ + Intermediate ability in Excel and Powerpoint is a must. Must be able to work with charts and graphs in Excel, manage formulas and manipulate data in spreadsheets to produce reports.

  • Degree in related field or comparable experience.

  • Experience in warehousing and distribution a plus (but not required), as well as familiarity with warehousing, distribution and supply chain processes.

  • Specific experience in any form of data analytics a strong plus. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI a plus, but not required.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Strong written verbal and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail.

    Hourly Salary: $30.00-32.00

    It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
