Job Title: OBIEE Developer

Job location: Westlake, Texas

Job description:

Capgemini is seeking OBIEE developer to manage design, developing, and maintaining BI solutions using the OBIEE platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, and then implementing solutions to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive reports, dashboards, and scorecards using OBIEE tools. Develop visualizations and layouts to meet user requirements.

• Design and create OBIEE repositories (RPD) including physical, business, and presentation layers. Develop data models that effectively represent business data and support reporting needs.

• Manage metadata within the OBIEE repository, ensuring that data models align with business requirements and best practices.

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI including data modeling DAX optimization and the latest Power BI SaaS version.

• Experience with Power BI Embedded Analytics integration using Snowflake and Oracle Exadata.

• Strong data architecture modeling and ETL process skills.

• Advanced PL/SQL skills for complex query optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-based BI solutions

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in above mentioned skills.

• Ideal candidates will have experience with BI modernization projects and cross-tech expertise in OAS and Power BI. Retirement industry experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and support for production migrations is expected

• Must be open to relocation.
