Actalent Nurse Educator in New York, New York

Job Title: Nurse EducatorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to act as a clinical coach for all new professional staff. The successful candidate will function as a resource and mentor, coordinating the implementation of the Infection Control Program to meet agency goals and objectives, while ensuring that regulatory requirements are met. The typical shift will be either 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, with some flexibility required.

Hard Skills

  • Degree in nursing

  • Three years of progressive job related experience, including field visits and coordination of care

  • Licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State

  • Current CPR certification

Our facility is located in the heart of the community of Washington Heights in Northern Manhattan. This 705-bed rehabilitation and nursing care facility has a mission to provide quality care through diverse programs and services. These services are designed to support health and independence for individuals needing short-stay or long term inpatient care.
