This is an onsite role requiring the candidate to go to the office in New York/ New Jersey.

Required Skills :

MuleSoft Application Network, MuleSoft Integration, MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity, Mulesoft

7+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft CloudHub, on-prem and API Management.
12+ years of overall experience with strong Java and integration background.
Experience in implementing API security
Experience in Continuous integration and Continuous deployment using Maven, Jenkins, BitBucket, GIT and Mulesoft
Superior communications skills, comfortable with working with middle and senior management.
Experience in AGILE based project development
Experience in Building Munit test cases
Expertise in message transformation, validation, routing and orchestration in MuleSoft
Advanced ability to map complex business issues to elegant technology solutions
Ability to manage and prioritize a complex workload with minimal supervision
Hands on experience in Mule 3.x and 4.x

Qualifications:

-Must have extensive experience with MuleSoft, MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity, MuleSoft Application Network, and MuleSoft Integration.

- Strong understanding of the Payer domain, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop targeted solutions.

- Proven track record of managing complex integration projects from conception to deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

- Commitment to staying current with new technologies and methodologies.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with stakeholders across various departments.

Roles & Responsibilities : -

- Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft-based integration solutions to enhance business processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and develop scalable solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in API-led connectivity and application network strategies.

- Drive the development of MuleSoft applications, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

- Analyze and improve existing MuleSoft integration processes to meet evolving business requirements.

- Provide expert guidance on MuleSoft architecture to team members and stakeholders.

- Oversee the deployment of MuleSoft integrations, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in MuleSoft best practices.

- Stay abreast of the latest MuleSoft features and updates, incorporating them into development plans.

- Ensure the security and compliance of all MuleSoft integrations.

- Leverage domain knowledge in the Payer sector to tailor solutions that meet specific industry needs.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$119,400 - $150,400] depending on experience and other qualifications of the shortlisted candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
