Candidates MUST have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program and must have additional Medical Assistant Credentialing (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA).

All candidates must have experience in Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery, Wound Care, or Dermatology. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

*Traveling will be required for this position to our NYC and Brooklyn locations.

  REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:

• Ability to speak English and Spanish (preferred)

• 2+ years’ experience working as a medical assistant.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain flexibility within the schedule.

  RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

• Assist physician with patient examinations and office procedures (suture removal, set-up for minor surgeries, etc.) Clean examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure examination rooms are fully stocked.

• Record patient and testing information, manage patient flow dressing changes, and log specimens.

Compensation: $26.00-$28.00
