Description We are offering an opportunity for a Marketing Analyst in the hospitality industry. This position is based in New York, New York and will involve a variety of responsibilities related to CRM, database management, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the company's marketing activities

• Use CRM and database systems to support the marketing team and enhance customer engagement

• Utilize EO/IR systems for tracking and reporting marketing campaign performance

• Leverage Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to understand user behavior and trends

• Develop, implement, and monitor advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

• Utilize analytics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and to recommend improvements

• Increase brand awareness through strategic marketing efforts

• Participate in the planning and management of the marketing budget

• Contribute to campaign planning and execution with innovative ideas and initiatives

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall marketing objectives. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems to manage customer interactions and data

• Demonstrated knowledge of database management for efficient data storage and manipulation

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems for advanced surveillance and tracking

• Experience with Facebook Insights to collect data for marketing strategies

• Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting website traffic

• Ability to create effective advertisements to promote the brand and services

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Experience in developing brand awareness strategies to improve visibility and reputation

• Knowledge of budget processes to manage financial resources effectively
