POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversee the execution of the visual guidelines across all Calvin Klein stores within assigned territory (LATAM) in order to drive store profitability and increase brand awareness and equity. This individual will partner closely with the LATAM visual merchandising teams to adapt Global direction to local needs to meet the business and customer goals for the Region.
They will execute training for VM team members and broader field team, support new store openings/renovations, and lead the execution of windows, in-store amplifications and pop ups in partnership with regional Marketing.
Assist the VP of LATAM VM with VM projects, maintaining accountabilities for departmental project schedules/turning points, budgets and meetings.
This individual should have strong influencing skills, creativity, and strategic leadership. You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will interact with cross-functional partners to ensure that Calvin Klein’s visual merchandising strategy supports the overall business objectives for the Brand and the LATAM Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Merchandising/Brand Excellence
Ability to adapt and implement windows and in store guidelines to drive business.
Partner with stores to drive business through strategic visual merchandising decisions.
Participate in floor sets with key business partners; provide time-sensitive feedback, ideas and solutions to ensure an elevated customer experience and financial value.
Visit stores regularly to make sure that all store visual merchandising aligns with the requirements of the company and brand image.
Give consistent merchandising direction on brand standard to field management.
Identify areas of business opportunities with Partners to deliver an action plan in line with the company goals.
Organize and deliver store opening & pop-up installations.
Support marketing initiatives & event set up.
Support and prepare documents toward the sourcing and bid process of new and existing vendors in partnership with procurement.
Stay up to date on competition activities to remain ahead of the trend and report back to Head of Field and VP of VE.
Able to perform ad hoc duties and VM responsibilities as assigned by VP in this fluid environment
Training
Train stores and local VM Teams on key seasonal Brand messages, floor set messages, adaptation to space/environment/local business, maintenance of excellence in presentation and training of own store teams.
Ensure local VM team is proficient on communication, time & organization, and partnership with VM Manager.
Conduct additional training for management and staff as needed.
Train on all VM trends for the season.
Actively participate in the talent selection and on-boarding process of new VM team members.
Communication
Manage flow of communication between VM Manager, Each market and VP of VE LATAM through conference calls, touch bases, store visits, and training seminars in an effort to support Company guidelines (Store Planning/ Vendors/VM CFT’s/Int’l Licensing CFT’s / Global CFT’s/LATAM CFT’s/ Procurement)
Lead departmental project schedules on a weekly basis as it pertains to LATAM Visual Merchandising, Windows, Special Projects & Events, scope and workflow. This includes tracking project statuses and liaising with VP of VM LATAM, International Licensing CFT’s & Creative Services CFT’s, Global VM & Window CFT’s)
Influence Partners to understand how Visual Merchandising impact conversion, improve overall business results and customer experience.
Prepare hardcopy and/or electronic presentations, including PowerPoint presentations, presentation books, and presentation plans
Provide feedback, solutions and insights on Visual Merchandising strategies.
Lead T&E budget within guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of visual merchandising, store/event design and marketing experience in the fashion industry.
Experience working in Latin America
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic/interior/fashion design or visual merchandising.
Skills:
Fluent in Spanish
Strong leadership skills
Strong ability to build creative teams in international markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills and able to articulate ideas.
The ability to be creative and inspire others.
Self-motivated, able to work under high pressure.
The ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations and relate it back to the store environment and adapt to different store designs and architecture.
Strong attention to details, e.g., standards, marketing, lighting, fixturing, windows.
Awareness of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them back into visual merchandising.
Experience in handling travel and expanse budgets.
Experience facilitating new store openings.
Proficiency within Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Environment:
Accept work shift travel requirements and irregular work schedules. Able to travel internationally up to 60% of the time.
Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities required.

Ability to take on start-up projects.
Strong work ethic.

Pay Range:$105,000 - $125,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
