Team:
The Chief Client Office (CCO) proactively engages customers, industry groups and key stakeholders to create measurable value for S&P Global and a better customer experience. Within the CCO organization, the Partnerships team acts as the leading catalyst for enterprise innovation and growth through the enterprise strategy and relationships with information service providers, technology providers, redistributors, clearing houses, exchanges, execution platforms and other key strategic partners.
Impact
As the Manager, Transaction Management & Channel Distribution, you will work alongside sales, product and legal stakeholders to support licensing and distribution of S&P Global’s products and services across various vendors, service providers and other key strategic partners.
Responsibilities:
Contribute and execute on projects aimed at process improvements, template creation, automationtasks,tech. solutions, and other scalable actions to grow, streamlineand standardize the partnership program.
Facilitate redistribution and other partner/channel management licensing opportunities.
Evaluate, structure, draft and negotiate term sheets and, with senior guidance, agreements with vendors, service providers and partners.
Contribute to the creation of licensing/governance framework for S&P Global, including commercial policies, best practices policies, documents, and workflows.
Build, create, and maintain metric reports based on data generated via internal tools, workflows, and Salesforce.
Assist in the execution, management, and maintenance of internal technical applications and tools used for partnering process enablement.
This position will require analysis and workflow prioritization across a large book of business.
Execute oncollaboration and communication across departmental teams as part of an overall business partnership support function.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 85,773 to $130,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in partnerships, financial services, software/ technology/ data/ professional services, and/or information technology ecosystem.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Undergrad degree required. Candidates with partnership experience and/or legal education or experience given preference.
Preferred experience includes partnership program building and facilitation, sales enablement, product management, legal, and/or content teams.
Experience and grasp for servicing global clients.
Ability to challenge the status-quo tactfully and competently.
An individual who excels in detail-oriented tasks while still grasping big picture goals and values.
Ability to learn key contracting principles, intellectual property licensing frameworks, transaction lifecycles, draft templates and negotiate transaction proposals and agreements.
Ability to balance protection of S&P Global’s IP with advancement of creative partnership opportunity, revenue generation and business growth.
Drive to proactively identify and resolve complex problems.
Initiative to prioritize and execute on a high volume of inquiries (both from internal and external sources).
Highly motivated individual capable of both self-direction and team collaboration.
