Position Summary

The Manager, Performance Content Production will be the main point of contact during the pre- and mid-campaign flight periods. Following campaign kick-off, this person will act as the centralized point of contacts amongst Strategy, Creative, Technical, and Development teams while serving as a digital project lead. They should have keen understanding of digital ad formats, client(s) brand guidelines, message objectives, and how to navigate multiple perspectives and workflows. An understanding of the media planning process and the way specific tactics can play different roles within a particular plan(s) mix is also beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple partner productions at any given time to ensure the highest quality of work is delivered
  • Deliver multiple assets to multiple channels or platforms to proper delivery specs
  • Create and maintain production schedules with multiple levels of content and client approvals
  • Manage production budgets and communicate cost considerations to internal teams when managing overages and revolving client needs
  • Create both branded content and addressable content in a single production to ensure that all campaign elements are produced with the needs and best practices of each team
  • Produce in market campaigns that require licensing fonts, music tracks and archival footage

Required Skills
  • Digital creative/content project management experience, managing campaign processes from start to finish
  • Digital knowledge - understanding the media planning process and the digital ecosystem
  • Highly organized, capable of working on multiple campaigns with multiple publishers
  • Experience working at Creative Agency / Design Studio in-house preferred
  • Knowledge of emerging media (mobile, tablet, connected TV) preferred
  • Working Knowledge of: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, HTML5, InDesign, Excel, Jira, Smartsheets, Microsoft, Monday.com and Asana
  • Understanding of HTML5 and how its produced
  • Thorough understanding of publisher specs & IAB standards
  • Technical knowledge/understanding of Addressable Creative/Dynamic Creative and how its produced preferred
  • Technical knowledge/understanding of Website builds and how they are produced

Background & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Work Experience: 3 years of previous relevant experience working as a project manager with a digital background

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000 USD
