Position Duties: Responsible for developing inspiring platform/product visions, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends. Participate in the development and execution of product strategies. Using the Working Backwards method, decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap. Contribute to the development of new products and product enhancements to meet customers’ needs. Acts as the voice of the business customer and accountable for the platform services. Follow the New Product Development/Go-To-Market (NPD/GTM) Process for assigned areas of responsibility. Participate in assigned phases of the product development life cycle which may range from concept to launch. Enhance the development of the product value proposition. Participate in translating product requirements into technical specifications. Coordinate activities with client facing teams, internal development teams, third parties and/or joint ventures. Prepares launches and monitors platform performances, product analytics, adoption, and operational health for feature sets.Job Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience in job offered or as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Architect or related. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Product development concepts and practices across the product development life cycle; Articulating written feature definitions, acceptance criteria and making presentations; Software Product development on micro-services, design, and story acceptance; B2B & B2C documentation development; Ensure test case meeting product requirements; Preparing launches and monitors platform performances, adoption, and operational health for feature sets; Test and validate functionalities and provide technical support to regional teams during product rollout; Experience in building B2C products; Experience in building Installments/BNPL products; Knowledge of FIDO. Minimum Salary: 168960 Maximum Salary: 228000 Salary Unit: Yearly
