Overview

Job Purpose

The NYSE Options Product Manager will be responsible for running point for the business on all NYSE Options projects and capabilities across both markets as well as analyze and understand the evolving competitive landscape. The Product Manager will help drive business initiatives around new product or optimization opportunities, working closely with our internal teams as well as engaging customers. They will take an idea from conception through building to implementation, including supporting our technology, legal and regulatory teams and working closely with our clients to ensure timely readiness.

Although the position will primarily focus on the NYSE Transactions businesses, other responsibilities may include assisting other NYSE businesses, such as Equities, Listings and ETFs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Options business team as a subject matter expert for our clients across the NYSE Options platform
    • Identify areas of growth for our clients across the NYSE trading platform
    • Drive new product initiatives across NYSE Options
    • Perform data-driven analysis of client utilization & latency profiles across our Trading system
    • Work with sales team on key client efforts
    • Support client inquiries on the NYSE Options features and functionality
    • Conceptualize new pricing ideas and model impact
  • Assess usage of NYSE Options markets, including:
    • Client behavior
    • Order type usage
    • System functionality including latency profiles
    • Track client reaction and feedback to product initiatives

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
  • 5+ years of US Options experience in electronic trading, exchange operations, or another trading or investment function
  • Proficiency in US Options market structure
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau and advanced Excel for data analysis
  • Knowledge of Python , R, or other common language(s)
  • Ability to stay current regarding competitors' agendas and offerings
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Intellectually curious with the ability to solve real world business problems using quantitative and computational techniques
  • Have established connections with US Option clients

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 99,800 - 233,400 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
