Identify project stakeholders and establish user classes and characteristics. Conduct iterative requirements sessions with project team to define functional system requirements via workshops, use cases, scenarios and other methods. Requirements: Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus three years of experience in the position offered or in a business analyst or software analyst role or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus five years of post-Bachelor's progressively responsible experience in the position offered or in a business analyst or software analyst role. All required experience must have included writing complex SQL statements to analyze, develop, and reverse-engineer others' work; analyzing, eliciting, modeling, verifying, and developing methodology for business and technical requirements; overseeing design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns; creating systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language; applying statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products; conducting project management, including providing oversight and guidance through all phases of project lifecycle; and using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and SQL Query.
