FOX Line Producer, The Ingraham Angle in New York, New York
The Ingraham Angle is looking for a talented and experienced Line Producer to join the team in New York. As a Line Producer, you will craft great newscasts quickly and know when and how to adapt to breaking news. Additionally, you must be prepared to fill in as a Senior Producer when needed. You have stellar communication skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, breaking news environment.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and time rundown
Execute breaking news changes - including script updates -as they happen
Identify stories, angles, and elements at the start of each day
Pitch and execute creative and innovative ideas for segments and guests
Time the show in the control room, and communicate with anchors clearly and effectively
Communicate needs effectively with Associate Producers, Bookers, and Production Assistants
Responsible for story placement, laying out intro/tease graphics, and other production elements
Oversee and rewrite copy
Work collaboratively with showrunner, senior producer, and show team
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
8+ years of newsroom experience, including 2 years of line producing and relevant control room experience for a television newscast
Solid news judgment and strong knowledge of politics and current events
Excellent writing skills
Occasional travel as the show demands
Ability to work under pressure, be decisive, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $84,500.00-118,500.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
