Duties involve recruiting, training, & overseeing refs & field staff; Ref small-sides & 11 v 11 matches; Procuring & renewing field permits; Running payroll for refs & field staff. Requires HS/GED dipl + 2 yrs of exp refereeing youth or adult soccer matches; 2 yrs of exp w/soccer org. operations mgmt; 2 yrs of exp running payroll for staff & 1099 contractors; 2 yrs of exp recruiting & training staff; Prior exp in liaising w/recreation site mgmt & maintaining field permits; Thorough knowledge & understanding of the rules of soccer; & must have completed secondary education or its foreign equiv.
