Job Duties:Direct and manage the integration of IT project activities by aligning it to advance client goals, and act as point of contact for all management and technical issues related to the projects. Bridge technology and business goals by translating business requirements into technical solutions. Manage engagement relationship and oversee project managers involved in the project life cycle: diagnosing client needs, managing project teams, and leveraging the knowledge and creativity of team members to generate solutions. Allocate resources to meet project demand by recruiting, assigning, and evaluating work, and overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence. Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites and/or relocate throughout the U.S.Minimum Job Requirements:Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Application, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field plus two years of experience in job offered, project manager, software consultant, senior consultant or related work. In the alternative, we will accept Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent plus five years of progressive experience in job offered, project manager, software consultant, senior consultant, or related work.Standard Benefit applies
