Wells Fargo Lead Business Execution Consultant - Executive Reporting in NEW YORK, New York

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Shared Services Operations Strategy and Transformation/Business Management team.

This leader will have three primary responsibilities: define and/or drive Shared Services Operations business management routines/business support in partnership with Shared Services groups (Utilities, Payments Operations, Business and Real Estate Valuation Services, Operations Transformation, Enterprise Business Process Management and Shared Services Operations India and Philippines) , lead executive reporting ensuring accurate, consistent and compelling communications are produced for executive and regulatory audiences; and support as needed Shared Services Operations business strategy and initiatives execution led by Chief of Staff or Business Manager.

All three responsibilities will require partnering with executive management across Shared Services Operations and the Chief Operating Office organizations.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the design, development and execution of business management routines for Shared Services Operations in partnership with business manager and chief of staff. Partner with group business management teams and I&P to execute routines efficiently, timely and with quality outcomes.

  • Enhance new and existing processes within Shared Services Operations business management groups by implementing workflows and automated analysis and reporting where feasible. Develop and document business management routines procedures where needed.

  • Support the design, development, and execution of accurate, consistent, and compelling executive reporting for the entire Shared Services Operations organization that is produced for executive leadership, risk committees, the Operating Committee, the Board of Directors, regulators, etc.

  • Develop executive level presentations, executive summaries, and steering committee decks for both the Shared Services Operations leader and leadership team. Effectively deliver key messages to business and operations senior leadership.

  • Support with ongoing business routines including strategic planning, leadership off-sites, quarterly All-Hands calls, and other items as assigned by the business manager and Chief of Staff.

  • Support the development of the Shared Services Operations strategy, track progress, and develop a communication plan to support the narrative.

  • Lead both planned and ad hoc strategic analyses as assigned by the Business Manager and Chief of Staff.

  • Lead ad-hoc key initiatives for the Shared Services Operations Chief of Staff from ideation to implementation.

  • Lead through influence, often without direct authority, persuading through use of data and facts.

  • Adjust and adapt to the rolling, day-to-day changes that transpire in the running of Programs/initiatives/business routines.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Management Consulting, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Demonstrated ability to both think strategically and act tactically.

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

  • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.

  • Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.

  • Management consulting experience with a top tier firm.

Job Expectations:

  • Expect between 5 to 10% travel

  • Currently operating in a Hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely

Pay Range:

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00
