As a Project Manager Senior Associate, you will support the Chase Wealth Management business and Chief Executive Officer, including prioritizing and executing on key strategic priorities and initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to manage a project end-to-end. You will work in a fast-paced environment, must be detail-oriented, & possess a strong ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the firm. You must be strategic and innovative in your approach to work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle prioritization, implementation and measurement of key priorities, goals, and targets for the business that includes managing projects that impact Advisors and their management across multiple stakeholders

  • Effectively strategize and develop implementation plans for key initiatives

  • Identify risk and escalate issues quickly and appropriately, helping to resolve with solution-focused mindset

  • Interface with senior executives on the leadership team and build relationships across various stakeholders to enable the business to achieve its objectives and to ensure initiatives are executed as planned in a properly controlled manner

  • Build trust and rapport through all interactions to deliver the right outcomes for the business; driving advisor and client mindset across all strategic initiatives

  • Leverage cross-functional relationships and knowledge of the business to help influence to outcomes with short turnaround times

  • Demonstrate strong ability to "tell the story" and adjust approach for various audiences; Prepare executive reports, presentations, and communications for a variety of audiences and constituents including Senior Management, and Leadership, among other stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • At least 5 years of prior experience in financial services industry

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables concurrently and execute within demanding deadlines.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of organization

  • Strong executive storytelling and presentation skills in written form and verbally

  • Strong judgement and ability to appropriately handle sensitive and sometimes confidential information. Deliver thoughtfully and expeditiously, while always remaining calm

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Background in corporate strategy, management consulting or project management role preferred

  • Experience preferably in wealth management or investments organizations

  • Knowledge of the Chase Wealth Management, Global Wealth Management, and/or Consumer Banking business models, organization structure and performance metrics preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
