We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in New York. In this role, you will be involved in the non-profit industry, overseeing HR strategies, supervising coordinators, managing employee relations, and handling recruitment. This role also involves developing compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in sync with the executive directives

• Supervise HR and Office Coordinators, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment

• Oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure selection of suitable candidates

• Develop comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent

• Utilize ADP

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations

• Manage and optimize hiring processes to ensure efficiency

• Oversee benefit functions and communicate effectively with employees and management

Requirements

A NYC Non-Profit is seeking a part time Human Resources Manager to join their team on a contract basis with opportunity for hire. The HR Manager will be responsible for: Developing/ implementing/ and overseeing HR strategies and policies in coordination with the Executive Director, supervising the HR and Office Coordinators, managing employee relations issues, overseeing recruitment process, developing compensation & benefits programs, etc. Someone with non-profit and ADP experience is preferred.
