The ideal candidate possesses experience with benefits administration, union experience, and an ability to manage employees across multiple states. Employee relations, performance management, and experience with DEI initiatives are also key facets of this position. • 7+ years of HR experience dealing with employee relations.
• Prior experience working in a union environment, required.
• Management of employee across multiple states, required.
• Experience with benefits administration, required.
• An expertise in project management and managing initiatives.

The salary range for this role is $90k-$100k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
