Beacon Hill Staffing Group HR Manager in New York, New York

Our client, a global security services company, seeks a versatile HR Manager to join their team in New York City. The ideal candidate possesses experience with benefits administration, union experience, and an ability to manage employees across multiple states. Employee relations, performance management, and experience with DEI initiatives are also key facets of this position. Being able to manage multiple projects, fostering a positive work environment, and an ability to identify skill gaps and developing solutions are also skills that will make somebody successful in this role.   • 7+ years of HR experience dealing with employee relations.
  • Prior experience working in a union environment, required.
  • Management of employee across multiple states, required.
  • Experience with benefits administration, required.
  • An expertise in project management and managing initiatives.
The salary range for this role is $90k-$100k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
