• Bachelor's degree, required.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role, strongly preferred.
• Previous experience managing internship programs, employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

The salary range for this role is $80k-$100k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
