  • 100% of time spent Case work – case management system where employees and managers can reach out for cases, supporting managers, guidance for nuance situations, corrective actions, policy interpretation.

  • Working through correspondence, meetings, providing guidance, etc.

Experience:

  • 8-10+ years HR experience, generalist, Business partner role

  • Interfacing with executives/ stakeholder management

  • Working with all levels of employees

  • Case management

  • Complex investigations

  • Performance management, employee relations

  • Microsoft Office.

Skills:

  • Experience supporting corporate orgs

  • Salesforce experience

  • Interfacing with executives/ stakeholder management/ working with all levels of employees

  • Experience with Complex investigations, Performance management, and employee relations

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.
