Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in New York, New York

Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst II to become a part of our team within the financial services industry located in New York. In this role, you will be expected to deliver comprehensive technical support, oversee end-user administration, and contribute to projects. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering support for all IT systems/services, including remote control, telephone, and deskside support.

• Assisting international offices with equivalent services.

• Participating in an On-Call rota for out of hours and holiday support.

• Logging all IT incidents and service requests accurately, while managing individual ticket queue within the Service Management solution.

• Taking end-to-end ownership of all IT tickets, including responsibility for all communication and technical resolution.

• Following the escalation process to ensure a consistent and detail oriented IT support service.

• Conducting Root Cause analysis to understand the cause of an issue.

• Overseeing end-user administration tasks such as joining and leaving processes.

• Handling configuration and asset management.

• Participating in time-sensitive projects individually or as part of a team.

• Managing and supporting laptops and remote working.

• Administering user accounts.

• Supporting mobile operating systems (IOS, Android).

• Providing event support.

• Planning and initiating connections to international offices via Zoom video conferencing systems for meetings and interviews. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is required.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco Technologies is necessary.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is a must.

• Demonstrable experience with Mac Computers is desired.

• Proficiency in Microsoft software and tools is required.

• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory is necessary.

• Experience with Apple Devices is important.

• Understanding of Computer Hardware is desired.

• Proven experience in Configuration Management is required.
