Google Global Program Manager, Global Clients and Agency Solutions in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating across internal and external teams.

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.

  • 4 years of experience working in the sales industry or product area.

  • Experience in a leadership role.

  • Experience navigating customer organizations, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.

  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.

  • Excellent project management and documentation skills.

The Global Clients and Agency Solutions team partners with advertisers with the mission to help Google’s global customers grow their businesses. As the Global Program Manager, you will manage global agreements, negotiation, and activation of the annual Ads commercial agreements Video Incentive Program (VIP). You will navigate campaigns and agreements through the entire project life-cycle, and will also manage the commercial agreements, project schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals to project stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Build and manage relationships with clients and senior partner stakeholders, develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.

  • Drive and shape the global agreements strategy for the GCAS ads account.

  • Program manage the Global Video Incentive Program (VIP) and Media Trial Programs (MTPs) across regions, countries, and local teams both internally and externally to drive business growth forward.

  • Partners with clients and media agencies to ensure timely activation of committed programs, driving optimal business impact.

  • Engage in a cross-functional collaboration across Google teams and map out new agreement opportunities to explore, establish thought leadership through identification of new business opportunities, process optimization, and agreement activations.
