Position Summary

We also asked Orionites, to share their stories - how they learned about Orion, how they have grown and some of their favorite memories.The Temporary Assistant Analyst, Finance Operations will be responsible for working directly with the National Investment media teams to create and manage bespoke and templated reports. The ideal candidate must be comfortable integrating data from different sources to produce reports that will drive financial and business inputs, which will be pivotal for tracking the progression of Orion partnerships and billings. This position requires attention to detail, proactivity, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, alongside working well in a team environment. Candidates are expected to be curious, self-motivated, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role also supports the various media types across the business in preparing, maintaining, and stewarding clients' media schedules.Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Excel templates and internal databases to create Orion specific documents
  • Track and report on the completion of process tasks
  • Updating Vendor Open Invoices Statements
  • Point of Contact with Master Data Management - Vendor/Client/Product Codes set up
  • Salesforce: Updating Exchange Rates
  • Invoices Reconciliation
  • National "Okay to Pay" Process
  • National Affidavits Creation
  • National Digital Invoices Gross Up
  • National Invoice Revisions
  • National MBOX Entry / Live Bills Creation
  • National Matchpay
  • Prepare and Send National Trackers to Shared Services
  • Establish a positive and professional working relationship with all Orion staff across various disciplines
  • Assist with ad hoc operations requests

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel (Excel baseline requirements: VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Thrives on accomplishing tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and be a team player
  • Ability to prioritize, shift attention when prompted, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with MediaOcean products (PRISMA) a plus

The salary range for this position is posted below. $50,000-$50,000 USD
