Canon USA & Affiliates Fleet Coordinator in NEW YORK, New York
Overview
Responsible for managing print fleet at client site. Responsibilities include responding to trouble tickets, creating IT work orders and resolving MFD issues.
Responsibilities
Place change of address, new installations, follow up calls and validation calls on MFD fleet
Assist with routing trouble tickets to correct group to resolve issues
Creating IT work orders
Collecting and recording monthly MFD meter reads
Maintaining an accurate database
Assist with setting up new devices and relocating existing equipment
Assisting end users with software issues and diagnosing the issue
Assisting end users with fax issues and diagnosing the issue
Understand networking and printer configuration
Use a Monitoring System to monitor the operational status of each MFD in the fleet, and to immediately react and resolve all MFD malfunctions by contacting the appropriate on-site representative via phone or BlackBerry
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma required. Some secondary education preferred
2-4 years’ experience in a related field
Computer and networking knowledge, Microsoft Windows, network and Office experience
Excellent customer services skills
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to multi-task
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Intermittent physical activity including reaching, prolonged periods of sitting, bending, or lifting (up to 50lbs)
Will encounter stressful situations
