This is an exciting opportunity to help one of Workday's fastest growing units while delivering value through our best-in class suite of HCM and ERP applications.About the RoleThe Federal Capture Director is a critical leadership role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing strategic federal government opportunities. This individual will lead and manage the entire capture process, from opportunity identification through proposal development and award. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the federal contracting landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of winning complex federal contracts.About YouBasic Qualifications10+ years of experience leading the full capture lifecycle in a Federal market, with a demonstrated track record of successful capture wins.Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant regulations.Expert-level knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle and acquisition process.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government customers, and potential partners.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.Familiarity with sourcing tools like BGov, GovWin, SAM, and other platforms used for opportunity tracking.Strong capability in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and Google Workspace.Travel may be required for training, conferences, or client visits.US Citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:Active Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one).Membership in professional organizations related to government contracting (e.g., AFCEA, etc)Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
