Insight Global Executive Support Technician in New York, New York

Job Description

Insight Global's luxury retail client is looking to bring on 2 Executive Desktop Technicians to help with day to day IT support for their C-Suite executives. Candidates are expected to have 5+ years of experience supporting executives on both Mac and Windows products. This position will be 5 days a week onsite in their NYC locations.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in support of desk side services with specific focus on supporting executive levels and their assistants

  • Strong experience with Windows OS

  • Strong experience with Mac OS, including JAMF

  • Experience working with Zoom and Teams

  • Experience with SCCM or Intune null
