Robert Half Executive Assistant in New York, New York

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the vibrant location of New York, New York. Operating within the financial services industry, this role involves using a variety of software tools to manage tasks and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services to perform various tasks and maintain organization

• Conduct and manage conference calls using Cisco Webex Meetings

• Manage and organize schedules, including calendar management and setting up meetings

• Use Concur for travel and expense management

• Handle and organize correspondence in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Utilize CRM for customer relationship management and tracking

• Oversee timekeeping and scheduling with Kronos Timekeeping System

• Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization

• Use About Time software for efficient time tracking and management

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar position.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is mandatory.

• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings is required for conducting and managing virtual meetings.

• Familiarity with Concur for managing travel and expense reports.

• Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and interactions.

• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient management of workforce.

• Experience with About Time software for effective time and project management.

• Exceptional calendar management skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritize meetings, deadlines, and tasks.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with executives and stakeholders.

• Experience in managing conference calls, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

• Ability to handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality where required.
