Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a new challenge. This role is based in New York, New York, United States, and involves managing various administrative tasks in a bustling, high-energy corporate environment. The Executive Assistant will support the C-suite executive and will be a part of a team that thrives and delivers under high-pressure situations.

Key responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage daily operations of the executive office, ensuring smooth workflow.

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining integrity in all tasks.

• Organize and prioritize schedules and responsibilities to assist in executive management.

• Coordinate with various levels within and outside the organization to execute assignments and projects.

• Generate and compile reports, presentations, and briefs using MS Office, Google Suite, and various other systems.

• Display excellent multi-tasking and project management skills, contributing to a cooperative team environment.

• Manage administrative tasks including calendar management, booking travel arrangements, and handling expense management.

• Ensure the processing of customer applications is done accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts for appropriate action.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in an executive assistant role or similar capacity.

• Proven expertise in administrative assistance is essential.

• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.

• Experience in making travel arrangements for executives.

• Must be able to efficiently manage expenses and keep track of all spending.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.

• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Must demonstrate high levels of professionalism and integrity.
