We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support Senior Associates.

Responsibilities include a detail-oriented approach coordinating and assisting with calendaring events and meetings, meeting preparation, and preparing letters and documents for filing and distribution relating to leases, contracts, amendments, and potential purchase and sales Provide backup assistance as needed. Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing tasks and activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist with responses to legal requests for information.

Provide backup assistance to other administrative support team members.

Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing tasks and activities.

Required:

prior experience supporting senior managers. exceptional presentation skills

excellent written and verbal communications
